To help all who are navigating the in-between to do three things – Express, Explore, and Equip.  We promise to help express gratitude for what was, honor what has served in the past, and will serve them as a launching pad into the unknown.  We promise to be a partner in the exploration of the in-between, prioritizing community over competency, which may sometimes sound like “I don’t know, but let’s see what we can figure out together.”  We promise to provide what equipment is found relevant to enter the new, that place that your past has propelled you toward.
